We will begin the day with a tour of the main streets of Mexico City's Historic Center, one of the most significant areas of the capital, which was once the heart of Great Tenochtitlán, the ancient Aztec city. This area has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its invaluable historical legacy. During the tour, we will visit the iconic Zócalo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace, and the Palace of Fine Arts, among other points of interest. We will then continue along Reforma Avenue, one of the city's most iconic boulevards, home to monuments that have defined the identity of Mexico City, such as the Angel of Independence, Diana the Huntress, and the newly constructed Bicentennial Column. Next, we will visit the National Museum of Anthropology, considered one of the most important museums in the world. With 23 exhibition halls, you will learn about its vast archaeological collection, which includes iconic pieces such as the Sun Stone (Aztec Calendar) and Coatlicue, among others. This museum will take you deep into the history, thought, and life of the civilizations that once inhabited Mesoamerica, from the Olmecs to the Mexicas. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel for some well-deserved rest. The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to explore the city at your own pace or enjoy its numerous cultural and gastronomic offerings. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Meet your guide to join the group and depart towards Querétaro, a stunning city renowned for its vibrant architecture and rich history. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Querétaro is known for its splendid colonial buildings, beautiful plazas, gardens, and museums. During the visit, we will explore the Historic Center, admiring the House of the Corregidora, the Church of San Francisco with its ochre-colored facade, and the majestic Temple of Santa Rosa de Viterbo, an excellent example of Baroque architecture. The tour will conclude with a visit to the Querétaro Aqueduct, an imposing structure with 74 arches made of pink stone, which is a symbol of the city. Afterward, we will continue our journey to San Miguel de Allende, another UNESCO World Heritage city that has been a haven for artists, writers, and poets. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of its Historic Center, where we will see the iconic Parish of San Miguel Arcángel with its striking pink towers, the Convent of the Conception, and the Church of San Francisco. The tour will end with a visit to the Allende House and Institute, an important cultural center of the city. The rest of the afternoon will be free to enjoy the beauty and artistic atmosphere of San Miguel de Allende. Overnight at the hotel.

Early in the morning, we will depart for Dolores Hidalgo, known as the birthplace of Mexican Independence. It was here, on September 16, 1810, that Father Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla issued the famous Grito de Dolores, calling the people to fight for Mexico's independence. We will take a panoramic tour of the town, visiting key landmarks such as the Parish of Our Lady of Dolores, the Museum of Independence, the House of Mariano Abasolo, and the picturesque Main Garden. You will also have the chance to taste the traditional nieves de Dolores (local ice creams) and explore the famous Talavera pottery shops, known for their beautiful, colorful handmade ceramics. Next, we will head to Atotonilco, home to the impressive Sanctuary of Our Lord Jesus of Nazareth, often referred to as the Mexican Sistine Chapel due to its stunning frescoes. The sanctuary, founded by Father Luis Felipe Neri de Alfaro, is an important pilgrimage site and a testament to the missionary work left by this priest. It was at this historical site that Father Hidalgo took the Virgin of Guadalupe banner, which became the first flag of the insurgent movement. Finally, we will continue our journey to Guanajuato, one of Mexico's most beautiful and picturesque cities, where we will spend the night. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5 • GUANAJUATO - SAN LUIS POTOSÍ - ZACATECAS

Early in the morning, we will depart for San Luis Potosí, a city rich in history and colonial beauty. During our panoramic tour, we will explore the city’s most iconic landmarks, starting with the Plaza del Carmen, the Jardin de San Juan de Dios, the majestic Cathedral, and the imposing Municipal Palace. We will also visit the Plaza de las Armas, the Caja Real, the Plaza de los Fundadores, and the Temple of Loreto, all outstanding examples of the city’s architectural wealth. Next, we will continue our journey to Zacatecas, a mining city that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its exceptional architecture and fascinating history. The Zacatecas Cathedral is one of the finest examples of Mexican Baroque architecture. We will take a panoramic tour from the Cerro de la Bufa, where we can enjoy a spectacular view of the city. Then, we will take the cable car down to the city center for a pleasant walk through the historic district. The rest of the afternoon will be free, with the option to enjoy an authentic musical street parade with tambora music, one of Zacatecas' most representative traditions. At the end of the day, we will return to the hotel for overnight accommodation.

DAY 6 • ZACATECAS - GUADALAJARA

We will start the day with an educational visit to the Mina del Edén, one of the most famous mines in Zacatecas, where we will learn about the region's mining history and its impact on the development of the city. We will descend into the depths of the mine to explore its fascinating interior, where precious metals have been extracted since colonial times. After the mine visit, we will continue our journey toward Guadalajara, Mexico's second-largest city and an important cultural and economic hub. Upon arrival, we will visit some of the city's most iconic and historical landmarks. We will begin with the Hospicio Cabañas, an 18th-century architectural masterpiece that houses the famous murals by José Clemente Orozco, one of Mexico’s most important muralists. Next, we will visit the Teatro Degollado, a magnificent neoclassical theater, the imposing Guadalajara Cathedral, and the Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres (Rotunda of Illustrious Men). We will also explore the beautiful Plazas that decorate the city’s historic center. Our tour will continue with a visit to the Palacio de Gobierno, a distinguished building that showcases the history of Jalisco through its murals and architecture.

The rest of the afternoon will be free, giving you the chance to further explore Guadalajara at your own pace, or enjoy its vibrant shops, restaurants, and local culture. At the end of the day, we will return to the hotel for overnight accommodation.

DAY 7 • GUADALAJARA - TLAQUEPAQUE - TEQUILA - GUADALAJARA

After breakfast, we will depart for Tlaquepaque, a charming neighborhood in Guadalajara known for its colonial beauty and picturesque atmosphere. We will stroll through its cobblestone streets, admiring its colonial churches, old mansions, and the colorful orange trees that adorn the landscape. In the historic center of Tlaquepaque, you will have the opportunity to appreciate some of Jalisco’s finest handcrafted goods, from ceramics and textiles to blown glass and carved wood pieces, all created by talented local artisans. Next, we will continue our journey to the iconic town of Tequila, renowned as the birthplace of the world-famous Mexican spirit. In this picturesque town, we will visit one of the main tequila distilleries, where we will learn about the entire production process of this traditional drink, from the harvest of the agave to the distillation and bottling. You will have the opportunity to learn about the different varieties of tequila and, of course, taste this iconic Mexican beverage. After the visit, we will return to Guadalajara for some rest and to enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 8 • GUADALAJARA - PATZCUARO - MORELIA

In the morning, we will depart for Pátzcuaro, a charming Purépecha town known as "the gateway to heaven" due to its stunning beauty and mystical atmosphere. Pátzcuaro is famous for its colonial architecture, rich history, and preservation of ancestral traditions. Our visit will begin at the Basilica of Our Lady of Health, one of the main pilgrimage sites in the region. Next, we will explore the Casa de los Once Patios, a picturesque complex of artisan shops where you can purchase traditional regional crafts. We will also walk through the Historic Center of Pátzcuaro, visiting Plaza Vasco de Quiroga and Plaza Gertrudis Bocanegra, where you can feel the essence of local life, with its friendly people and vibrant markets. The town’s colonial architecture and deep-rooted traditions make it a magical place full of history. After enjoying the beauty of Pátzcuaro, we will continue our journey to Morelia, the capital of Michoacán state and one of Mexico's most beautiful colonial cities, where we will spend the night. Overnight at the hotel.
