Upon arrival in Amman, the capital of Jordan, you will complete the visa process and then be welcomed by our staff, who will take you to your hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and rest.

At the scheduled time, we will begin a panoramic tour of Amman, a vibrant city that perfectly blends its rich ancient history with its modernity. Known in ancient times as Philadelphia, this city offers a unique experience. We will venture into the modern area, then move to the historical heart of the city, where we can admire the stunning views from the Citadel. Next, we will explore the Roman Theater, traditional markets (souqs), and discover the religious architecture of churches and mosques, including the impressive King Abdullah's Blue Mosque, located near Parliament. Our adventure will continue along the exclusive Abdali Boulevard, with its modern residential neighborhoods, which contrast with the city's millennia-old history. We will then head to Jerash, one of the most complete and best-preserved Greco-Roman cities of the Roman Empire, known as the Pompeii of the East. There, we will witness the imposing Great Colonnade, the majestic Arch of Triumph, the magnificent Oval Plaza, and the temples of Zeus and Artemis, which will transport us to the splendor of the Roman Empire. To conclude this day full of history and beauty, we will visit Ajloun Castle, a medieval fortress perched on top of a mountain. From its walls, we will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. This fortress, built in 1185 AD by a general of Saladin and later restored by the Mamluks, holds secrets and legends from ancient times. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Departure to the east to discover the Islamic castles built between the 7th and 8th centuries under the Umayyad dynasty. The first stop will be the Qasr Amra, an ancient hunting pavilion that preserves unique frescoes in the Islamic world. Next, the tour will visit Qasr Al-Kharanah, an ancient caravanserai, and the Roman-Umayyad fort of Azraq, famous for its construction with black volcanic stone. At the end of the tour, return to Amman for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Departure to Madaba, the "City of Mosaics," where the St. George Church will be visited, home to the famous map of the Holy Land dating back to 571 B.C. Then, continue to Mount Nebo, a significant site associated with the tomb of Moses, from which there is an impressive panoramic view of the Jordan Valley. Afterward, the church will be explored before heading to the historic Silk Road, an ancient trade route for silk, spices, and perfumes. On the way, there will be a stop at the Karak or Shobak Fortress, built by the Knights Templar between 1110 and 1213 A.D. during the Crusades and later taken by Saladin. Finally, arrival in Petra, where dinner and overnight accommodation will be enjoyed at the hotel.

Full-Day Excursion to Petra, the ancient Nabatean city and one of the most iconic locations from Indiana Jones. Petra, one of the seven wonders of the world, was carved into the pink rock over 2,000 years ago. We will start the tour by entering the narrow gorge (Siq), and then continue to the impressive monument of the Treasury (Al Khazneh). During the visit, we will explore the theater, the royal tombs, the Byzantine church, and the famous Colonnaded Street. If time allows, we will visit the Petra Museum. At the end of the day, we will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Note: The climb to the Monastery or the Altar of Sacrifice is optional and at the visitor's expense, without a guide.

DAY 6 • PETRA – LITTLE PETRA – WADI RUM

Departure to Little Petra, where you will explore the ancient caravan stop of the Nabateans, an important transit point before reaching the main city, which was a thriving center for the trade of silk and spices. Afterwards, we will head to the Wadi Rum desert, famous for being the setting of iconic films such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian (with Matt Damon), and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This desert, known for its stunning beauty, is characterized by vast red sand dunes, granite mountains, and peaks in golden and reddish tones, as well as rock formations adorned with ancient petroglyphs. We will enjoy a classic 4x4 tour through these breathtaking landscapes for approximately two hours. The day will conclude with accommodation and dinner at the Wadi Rum camp.

At the indicated time, transfer to the hotel located at the Dead Sea, the first natural spa and the lowest point on Earth. Free time to enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as the beach and the pool. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
