Arrival in Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

At the scheduled time, departure to explore the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City," as well as Tiananmen Square, one of the largest squares in the world. Continue to the Summer Palace, an ancient leisure garden of the imperial family during the Qing Dynasty. Lunch. In the evening, there is an optional excursion to enjoy a spectacular acrobatic show. Overnight stay.

DAY 3 • BEIJING

At the specified time, we will begin our excursion to the impressive Great Wall, visiting either the Juyongguan or Badaling section as indicated by the guide. This architectural marvel, dating back over 2,000 years, will amaze us with its magnitude and history. A lunch will be included during the tour. In the afternoon, we will return to the city, making a brief stop to take photographs near the National Stadium, known as the "Bird's Nest," and the National Aquatics Center, known as the "Water Cube" (without entering the stadiums). To end the day, we will enjoy a delicious welcome dinner, where we will try the famous Beijing Duck. Overnight stay.

DAY 4 • BEIJING – XI'AN

Tour of the majestic Temple of Heaven, a 267-hectare structure built in 1420, where emperors held ceremonies to ensure abundant harvests. Afterward, there will be time to enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to the train station to board the high-speed train in Tourist Class to Xi'an*. Upon arrival in Xi'an, a city with over 3,000 years of history and the only walled city in China, famous as the starting point of the legendary "Silk Road," a transfer to the hotel will be provided. Overnight stay.

DAY 5 • XI'AN

Today we will explore the Terracotta Army Museum, home to more than 6,000 life-sized figures representing a vast army of soldiers, horses, and chariots that guard the tomb of Emperor Qin. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda (no interior access), located within the Jianfu Temple, about one kilometer south of the center of Xi'an. We will conclude with a tour of the Muslim Quarter (no entry to the Great Mosque). Overnight stay.

DAY 6 • XI'AN – SHANGHAI

At the scheduled time, departure to take a flight to Shanghai, a port city directly administered by the Central Government, with over 16 million inhabitants. It is the largest port in China and a prominent commercial center, known for being one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the country. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Yuyuan Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple, and the famous city’s waterfront. At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Note: The visit to Shanghai may take place on the 7th, depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Day off. We recommend visiting:

  • Stroll along the Bund: A walk along the Huangpu River, offering spectacular views of colonial architecture and modern skyscrapers in Shanghai.
  • Visit the Shanghai Tower: Take an elevator to one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world for stunning panoramic views of the city.
  • Xintiandi District: A pedestrian area that blends traditional Shanghai architecture with modern cafés, restaurants, and shops, perfect for a leisurely walk and enjoying the cosmopolitan atmosphere.
