FLIGHT TICKETS

  • The flight itinerary may undergo changes in schedules, but without affecting the operation day.
  • Air and program taxes (subject to change without notice). In case of increase in the rate and taxes of the airfare; which is the policy of the airline and/or hotel taxes, fees or government contributions, even if there is partial or total payment this difference must be assumed by the passenger for the provision of the service.

HOTELS

  • The mentioned hotels are for reference only and are the most commonly used for this type of itinerary. However, when services are confirmed, please note that the confirmed hotels may be others of equal category.
  • Requests for services like cribs or bed type (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the time of booking at the hotel.
  • The accommodation includes breakfast, which typically has designated hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If a passenger does not make use of this benefit, no compensation will be provided at another hotel, nor will a refund be offered.
  • Rates are based on exemption from the I.G.V. (sales tax) of 18% in hotels. To qualify for the exemption, passengers must present the Andean Migration Card (given to passengers upon arrival in Peru) with a readable entry stamp and a stay not exceeding 60 days, along with their identity document or passport.

ITINERARY

  • Due to the latest updates on tax exemption policies for foreign tourists, it is necessary to send A COPY OF THE PASSPORT OR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION, and it must be the same one used for travel.
  • Upon arrival, passengers must validate their Andean Migration Card online registration. If this is not done, hotels will charge the I.G.V.
  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content of the tour.
  • Shared Services: These services are provided in groups with other tourists. The transportation, guided tours, and activities are done together with other participants. Timings and the itinerary may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • Please note that the rates apply only to Colombian nationals. If you are from a different nationality, please inquire about any additional supplements.
  • Travel documents will be delivered 8 days before the departure date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSCO

  • Entrance tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no changes are accepted. (In case of cancellation, the penalty is 100%). For luggage transport on the route to Machu Picchu, only one small bag or backpack is allowed, weighing 5 kg/11 lb and with dimensions of 62 linear inches/157 cm (height + length + width).

CHILDREN’S POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay applicable airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure those needs are met.
  • Children (ages 2 to 11): Children in this age group are eligible for the child fare.
  • Children (12 years and older): Children in this age group must pay the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children allowed per room, sharing with parents, is subject to each hotel’s policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or civil registry document.

VISA

  • Please verify whether a visa or other documentation is required for entry into the country from your country of residence. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documents to enter the destination country.
