Welcome to Osaka! Upon your arrival at Kansai International Airport (or Itami), you will go through immigration and customs. Then, you will receive assistance and transfer to your hotel. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and you'll have the rest of the day free to explore the city at your own pace. Overnight stay.

DAY 2 • OSAKA – NARA – KYOTO

At the scheduled time, we will meet in the lobby to begin our guided tour of the city in Spanish, starting with a visit to the impressive Osaka Castle. After this visit, we will continue on to Nara, where we will explore the Todaiji Temple, famous for its enormous statue of Buddha, and the Sacred Deer Park. Following that, we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will head to Kyoto, making a stop along the way to visit the stunning Fushimi Inari Shinto Shrine. After this visit, we will transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 3 • KYOTO

In the morning, we will meet in the lobby to begin the guided tour of the former capital, Kyoto, with a Spanish-speaking guide. During the tour, we will visit Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), and the Heian Shinto Shrine (no access to the garden). Following the tour, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant. The tour will end at the restaurant, after which you will have the afternoon free for personal activities. The return to the hotel will be on your own. Accommodation.

DAY 4 • KYOTO

Day off to explore the city at your own pace. Accommodation. Optional excursion "HIROSHIMA AND MIYAJIMA" Available. At the designated time, we will meet in the hotel lobby to begin the tour. From there, we will walk to Kyoto Station, where a local guide will accompany the group. We will board the JR "Nozomi" bullet train in tourist class heading to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, we will visit the Peace Memorial Park and its museum, as well as the iconic Atomic Bomb Dome. We will then head to the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine on Miyajima Island. After the visit, we will enjoy lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will return to Hiroshima Station to take the "Nozomi" bullet train back to Kyoto, where the tour ends at the city station. From there, each participant will make their own way to the hotel.

Notes: The mode of transportation used during this excursion may vary depending on the number of participants. Depending on the circumstances, private vehicles, such as coaches or minibuses, or public transportation, such as local trains and buses, may be used.

DAY 5 • KYOTO – NAGOYA – MAGOME – TSUMAGO – TAKAYAMA

At the scheduled time, we will meet in the lobby to travel to Kyoto Station, where we will take the JR "Nozomi" bullet train to Nagoya (departure is scheduled around 8:15 a.m.). From there, we will head to the picturesque post towns of Magome, Nakasendo, and Tsumago, where we will explore the "Waki Honjin," an ancient inn used by samurai, located on the old road. After the visit, we will drive to Takayama, and upon arrival, we will begin a city tour to see the famous Kami-sannomachi street. After the tour, we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight stay.

Note: Your luggage will be sent directly to the hotel in Tokyo. Please prepare hand luggage for 2 nights without your suitcases in Takayama and Hakone.

DAY 6 • TAKAYAMA – SHIRAKAWA – NAGOYA – HAKONE

In the morning, a meeting will be held in the hotel lobby before heading to Shirakawago, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide. Upon arrival, we will begin our visit to the picturesque village, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the tour, we will visit one of the traditional "Gassho-zukuri" style houses. After the visit, we will transfer to Nagoya station, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant. Around 3:20 p.m., we will board the JR bullet train (shinkansen) to Odawara, arriving around 4:30 p.m. From there, we will transfer to our accommodation in Hakone. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 7 • HAKONE – TOKYO

At the scheduled time, we will meet in the lobby to begin our visit to Hakone National Park, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide. During the tour, we will visit Lake Ashi and take a mini-cruise, followed by a scenic cable car ride offering breathtaking panoramic views of Hakone and, weather permitting, the majestic Mount Fuji. At noon, we will stop for lunch at a restaurant. Afterward, we will continue the tour toward Tokyo, where we will visit the iconic Tokyo Tower. At the end of the visit, we will be transferred back to our hotel.

Note: Please be aware that, due to weather conditions, some visits may be modified and replaced with other options such as museums or temples. Additionally, the panoramic view of Mount Fuji is not always guaranteed, as especially in the summer, weather conditions can often make it difficult to see due to fog.

DAY 8 • TOKYO

At the designated time, we will meet in the lobby to begin the guided tour of Tokyo. The tour, with a Spanish-speaking guide, will start at the Asakusa Kannon Temple and its famous Nakamise shopping arcade. We will then continue to the Meiji Shrine, one of the most iconic in the city, and explore the elegant Ginza district. At noon, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant. The tour will conclude at the restaurant, and the return to the hotel will be on your own. The rest of the afternoon will be free for personal activities. Accommodation.

DAY 9 • TOKYO

Free day to enjoy personal activities. Accommodation. Optional excursion available: "TO NIKKO". At 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., we will meet in the hotel lobby, where we will gather to begin the tour with a Spanish-speaking guide. During the visit, we will discover the majestic Toshogu Shinto Shrine, famous for its architecture and historical importance. We will also have the opportunity to admire the impressive Kegon Waterfall, which we will reach by traveling along the famous zigzagging "I-Ro-Ha" road. Afterward, a delicious lunch will be served at a restaurant. Once the excursion is complete, we will return to the hotel.

The transportation for this excursion depends on the number of participants. We will use a private coach/mini-bus, train, local bus, or taxi.

During peak season, visits may be substituted depending on traffic conditions.

  • During the Golden Week peak season, we will use train + taxi or private bus. It is not possible to get train tickets to Nikko for these dates without sufficient advance booking.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are only for reference and are the most commonly used in this type of tour. However, it’s important to note that the confirmed hotels may be different but of equal category.
  • Double and Triple Rooms: In Japan, hotels have limited double rooms (with one double bed). Typically, twin rooms with two single beds are used. As for triple rooms, they usually consist of two single beds and one smaller additional bed. Subject to availability at the time of booking. We do not recommend triple rooms for adults.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Food allergies and intolerances (such as allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian diets, etc.) must be reported as early as possible before your arrival in Japan, with as much detail as possible. However, it’s important to keep in mind that Japan does not have an infrastructure to provide special menus or customized diets, so the availability of such options cannot be guaranteed.

ITINERARY

  • This itinerary may be subject to changes due to road conditions, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content of the tour.
  • Regular/Shared Services:These services are conducted in groups with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are carried out together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • The contracted transportation allows one piece of luggage up to 23 kg and one carry-on of up to 8 kg per person.
  • If there is an error in flight details or a change is requested for the time or date of transfer, an additional charge of JPY 15,000 NET per reservation will apply. However, we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible due to time restrictions or availability. Also, if passengers arrive on a different flight without notifying the change, the transfer will be automatically canceled.
  • Travel documents will be delivered 6 days before the departure date.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

  • Babies (under 1.99 years old): They only pay air taxes. The exact amount is confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the baby requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure these needs are accommodated.
  • Children (from 2 to 6 years old): Children in this age group pay the child fare. However, we do not provide beds at hotels, meals, or seats on trains and buses. They will have to share a bed with their parents and will need to sit on the parent’s lap if no seat is available.
  • Children (7 years and older): They pay the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with their parents is subject to the policies of each hotel.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. Upon check-in, they must present their identity card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

VISA AND REQUIREMENTS

  • To enter Japan, an International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is required if you are returning from or coming from an area that is endemic within the last 10 days. If you have not received the vaccine, please note that it must be administered at least 15 days before your trip.
  • Verify if, from your country of residence, it is necessary to obtain a visa or any other documents to enter the country. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documentation to enter Japan.
