HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are only for reference; they are the most commonly used for these types of tours. However, when confirming services, it’s important to note that the confirmed hotels may be different but of the same category.
  • TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS: These rooms are designed to accommodate guests in two beds. An additional bed will not be provided. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices may vary based on availability and "Blackouts" declared by the hotels. All prices are subject to confirmation.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • This itinerary may change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking.
  • The order of the itinerary may change, but this will not affect the content of the trip.
  • Regular/Shared Services: These services are carried out in groups shared with other tourists. Transportation, guided tours, and activities are conducted together with other participants. Schedules and itineraries may be adjusted to coordinate with other groups.
  • The circuit will be conducted in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Transfers are conducted between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Outside of these hours, an additional charge will apply.
  • The travel documents are provided 8 days before the departure date.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years): Only pay air taxes. The exact value is confirmed at the time the ticket is issued. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (ages 2 to 11 years): Children in this age group pay the child fare.
  • Children (12 years and older): Pay the adult fare.
  • Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or guardians. At check-in, they must present their identity card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

VISA

  • It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary documentation to enter the United States and Canada. For more information, please contact the U.S. and/or Canadian Consulate.
  • Citizens of the following countries do not need a visa to enter Canada: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Panama. However, they must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) if flying to Canada.
